Safe Mode: Error 7B

The FBA runs without error, the build starts in Normal
Mode without problems.
But when I select the Safe Mode and start, the error Stop
7B occurs.

What's going wrong?
How can I set the bootlog in Safe Mode?

There is no safe mode in XPe. Not by default at least.
There is only one working profile present in XPe image that you can create
from TD.
