Safe Mode Boot Failure

My system reboots when it reaches AGP440 during a Safe Mode boot. There are
several posts here concerning this problem from other people, but nobody
offered a definite solution to the problem. One user referred to a "video
driver and Good Luck" That does not help me at all. What is the real
solution? Thank You.
