Runtime Error!

Has anyone ever received a runtime error while try to
access their internet? The following comes up on my
computer anytime I try to open a page or address: Runtime
Error! Program:C:\Program files\Internet
Exp.\ieexplore.exe "This application has requested the
runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact
the applications support team for more information.
Help! This is driving me crazy! Thanks, Kandi
