Runtime Error -SP2

I installed SP2 and now I get:

"Runtime Error! Program: C:\PROGRAM~1\MICROS~4\Office10
\OUTLOOK.EXE. Abnormal Program Termination."

This appears when I first start Outlook after I boot the
computer. If I close and reopen Outlook it does not
appear.

Where do I look to solve this?

I wish someone could help with this as I have the same very simillar thing
happening with outlook. Runtime Error! Program:
C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE. This application has asked the
runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

If you have Norton Antispam (standalone or part of Internet Security) -
there's a patch available today (1/12/2005). Here's a link (I hope) to
Symantec web site:

I have not tested the patch, because yesterday I disabled antispam and the
problem was solved.
