Outlook 2000 "runtime error"

Hi,
When computer has turned on, & the first user signs on & opens their outlook
it works fine, then if you switch to the other user on same computer & open
outlook a error comes up says "Microsoft Visual C+ + Runtime Library -
Runtime Error! - program C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~4\OFFICE\OUTLOOK.EXE
Abnormal program termination?

Now usually if we close the program & open again it goes away & program
works.

Why does it do this? & can I fix it?

Make sure Windows is completely up to date: http://www.windowsupdate.com

Also, use Office Update:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx

If the problem doesn't go away, contact the Microsoft at 1-800-MICROSOFT, as
this is a bug.
