runtime error message - help

just started receiving "A runtime error has occured" message about a week
ago. says: do you wish to debug? line_____ error: permission denied.
just occurs on some sites on net and until about a week ago never received
this message. what is it and what should I do???

A runtime error usually deals in memory,and/or processes bottlenecking
the system.A good place to start is administration,event viewer.Click on a
event/warning,then click on the url,this opens help/support in xp,usually
with a fix or answer to it.
