Rundll32.exe

Help!! Something is wrong with my computer. For one
thing, I'm having trouble keeping my internet window
open. Also when it is up, I can only have one open at a
time! Also when I shut down my computer, I have to wait
for Rundll32.exe to shutdown. I scanned my conputer for
viruses and all that, and found nothing. Please help
me!!
