Run Menu Not Autofilling

On one of our users computers the run menu isn't working correctly. Usually
if you click start>run then type a path like \\server\share\... the run menu
autofills the path. On her computer that data isn't autofilling. The
machine is windows XP SP2. Any ideas?
 
Open Internet Options from Control Panel. Select the Content tab, and click
the Auto Complete button. Under section Use AutoComplete for, put a
checkmark near "Web addresses".
