Autofill Issues in Microsoft Outlook 2007

Hi,

I have two problems. 1. a co-worker's autofill feature isn't working for all
of her contacts. Her computer crashed a while back and she moved to a new
one. I performed all the steps to copy the .NK2 file to her outlook folder
but it didn't do anything. She has several users on her computers with
multiple .NK2 files (one is even in a downloads folder); I'm not sure if I'm
looking in the correct folder because her user doesn't have an outlook folder
where I can locate an .NK2. I unhid the all the files before I tried to
perform this operation as well. Am I doing something incorrectly and is there
a way to resolve this? 2. My other co-workers autofill feature is not
populating multiple addresses for the same contact (i.e. they have a home and
work email for one contact in their address book, but when they start typing
the persons' name only one email comes up). Is it possible to resolve this
without drastically changing the way their email is currently set up? They
don't want to lose folders, contacts, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You appear not to realize that autocompletion has nothing whatsoever to do
with Contacts. So what you see is the expected behavior.
We can't tell you what you did wrong to migrate the autocompletion cache
without know what you did.

1) In which location are you looking right now?
For Windows XP it is located in;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

For Windows Vista and Windows 7 it is located in;
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\

Note that the nk2-file is only a cache of addresses that you have used
recently. It is not a permanent storage location for your Contacts; that is
what your Contacts folder is for. If somehow the nk2-file gets orphaned,
you'll have to recreate the mail profile and start with a clean nk2-file;
you cannot restore the orphaned nk2-file then anymore.
See http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

2) As said, the nk2-file is only a cache of recently used addresses. It does
not hold a direct relation to your Contacts folder. You can use the Check
Names feature to resolve additional addresses for a contact. For details

To directly fill the nk2 cache with your Contacts addresses see;
