Run DLL as an APP

Hi, this one has got me thoroughly frustrated. I
installed a new hard drive, and copied everything over to
the new hard drive before removing the old one.
Everything works fine except System Restore. And
actually, checking via Run comd and services.msc, I can
see that it IS running. Problem is, I can't access the
panel... whether from the tools, settings panel,
shortcuts, or even what looks like the actual app way back
in WINDOWS System32 folder. Every time I do, the utility
closes, and I send one of those error messages to
Microsoft. The actual message says there is a problem
with "Run DLL as an App", and the error details sent are:

AppName: rundll32.exe AppVersion: 5.0200.0 Mod: None:
srrstr.dll

ModVer: 5.1.2600.1142 Offset 00009765

I really hope someone has some answers! Thanks in Advance

Try a start->run->"sfc" and see if that corrects it
