Hi,
I was wondering why in Windows XP the "Run As" menu item
was not being shown when shift-right-clicking certain
applications when logged in as a power user. These same
applications will show the "Run As" menu item when logged
in as Administrator. This seems backwards, since the
usefullness of the "Run As" menu item is most usefull when
logged in with restricted privledges. These applications
that wont show the "Run As" command will also not have
the "open" command when righ-clicking them. However they
appear when logged in as administrator. Is there something
in the registry I can change to fix this?
