Rules for Filtering Contacts

is there a way to make a rule that filters messages sent
by contacts? I hope there's a way where I dont' have to
add every contact individually, or have to update a
distribution list every time I want a new contact. Thanks.

I have a rule which contains nothing but:

move it to the Unknown Origin folder
except if sender is in contacts address book

The use of contact in rules like this was new in Outlook XP, I believe.
