Easy Filter rules

I'm looking for a fix how I can have access to a more easy filtersystem. Now it's a verry big list and not easy to find out which filter is responsible for what filter. Is it a idea to see in the mailsystem but also in the contact's and mail which filter is handling that contact oid?

And that you could see when that filter has been used for the last time so you can see easely if you still need that filter or NOT.
