Rule works manually but not automatically

This is in Outlook Express. I have a rule to move messages after they arrive
from me when they are sent to a particular person with a particular word in
the subject and on this machine only to a personal folder. The rule works
when I run it manually, but the messages are not being moved automatically
when I send them. What do I need to do to get them to move automatically?
