RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal system DLL relocation

Hi
My daughter is getting this message when she boots up

RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal system DLL relocation
The systen DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory
The application will not run properly
The relocation occurred because the dll c:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OXC
occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs.
The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

The last thing she did was an update of Zone Alarm, but that was quite
some time before she started getting the error message

Anyone know what's going on and how to fix please?
Running WINXP home

Running WINXP home

Tell your daughter to download and install the following hotfix
from Microsoft. It's also available if she goes to the
Microsoft Update site.

The Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start, and you
receive an error message when you start the computer: "Illegal
System DLL Relocation"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/

Good luck
