Roxio 7.0 Drag-to-Disk and Read-Only Files

I recently upgraded(?) from Roxio EZ CD Creator 5.3 to Drag-to-Disk 7.0,
because I was told 5.3 wouldn't work with XP (Home). I inserted a CD-RW
disk, loaded some data files on it (with no problem), but later decided to
delete them. It won't let me, saying the files are Read-Only, which, upon
looking at their properties, they are. However, even when I uncheck the
Read-Only attribute and again tried to delete them, I couldn't as they were
still Read-Only!

What's up with this behavior? I just want a TRUE Drag-to-Disk performance.
Ideas? Thanks in advance!

You need to have "formattted" the CD first, in order to set it up as a "UDF
packet writing" type CD.
