Roxio CD-RW Software

I bought a new laptop. I forgot how it works to get drag and drop working! I
loaded Roxio, but still am told I cannot write to the CD-RW disk. What do I
do?
 
If you have version 6 or higher of roxio you start Drag To Disk and then you
drag your files to the disk.
What error messages are you getting? What exactly happens and what are you
trying to do?
Need more details.
 
With version 5 you need to format the CD first (CD Creator can do
this)
