Routing and Remote Access service error

I have recently applied service pack 4 and the latest
security updates for Windows 2000 Server. After the
update, my RRAS service won't start.

Category: None
Event ID: 7024

Description:
The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with
service-specific error 32797.

Has anyone seen this error? I have tried disabling RRAS
and enabling again with new configuration, but it still
fails.

Hi Cherish,

Can you also provide the event logged by RRAS Service in the event viewer
(with source as 'RemoteAccess') if any?

Also, please check whether the service specific error value you specified
below (32797) is the right one.
