Router Issue

Why when using Windows Mail after I check mail, my router losses internet
connectivity? I have to unplug the router everytime I open Windows Mail.
This doesn't happen on XP. What may be causing this. It only happens on a
Vista PC.

Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties,
Connection. What does it say there about which connection
you are using?

Also go to Tools, Options, Connection, and make sure the
first box ("Ask before switching...") is checked, and the second
box ("Hang up...") is unchecked.
