Rollup unread count

In Outlook, if I have unread email, the folder becomes bold and shows the
count of how many emails are unread.

However, if the folder is a subfolder, the parent folder doesn't show a
total of the unread email from underneath it. What happens then is that if I
close the parent folder, and have email going to a subfolder (using Rules),
then I often times don't know that I have unread email.

This would be fixed if the parent folder became bold and had total unread
for all subfolders.

Hi,Doug,
I suggest you set up your subfolders as independent folders and place
shortcuts for them on the OUTLOOK BAR. This way they will show the content of
everyone seperately.
Good luck,
DAVE.
