These messages don't appear in my inbox. If I delete the unread mail
folder, I could lose important emails.
There is no indication that emails are not in the inbox. I just look in
the
unread mail file and find emails there that I know are not in the inbox.
Thank you. I did as you requested. You are right, however, what do you
mean by filters and what could I have done to set them up?
Brian Tillman said:Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews command switch.
Start>Run. Put
outlook.exe /cleanviews
in the Open field and click OK. Be sure to include the space.
Did this work? I have cleared all filters but my new email is still not
showing up in the inbox. it shows up in my unread mail only. i have read
several others have had this problem but no solution to fix it. anymore
ideas?
it says they are in my Inbox. if i click on unread messages and then go
back
to my inbox they appear. but if i just have my inbox open new messages do
not
show up in there.
PST POP/SMTP. i have tried to completely uninstall Outlook and try again
but
the same thing keeps happening.
