Are you saying that are not showing in both?

They should show in the Unread "folder" which is in fact a filtered view and
a virtual folder - things are NOT moved to it.

Have a look at the View you are looking at of your Inbox. You may have
changed it so that this email doesn't appear. Also check your Rules which
may be filing the email into another folder..
