I am constantly getting these pop up error messages
rndal.exe

What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Someone said it was a real audio issue.
I tried to uninstall real audio it would not let me, so I
tried to reinstall but this made no difference either.

It also pops up anytime I go to save a word or excel
document.

It is related to real one player and is basicly spyware. Try finding the
file and renaming it or contact real on how,to remove it.
Run these tools:
