Please help rndal.exe

Constant pop of program did not initialize with the
rndal.exe in the window. But not telling me what program
is having a problem
Someone told me maybe real audio, but I tried to
uninstall and reinstall this did not work.
This pop up error message is really messing with my
productivy.

Rndal.exe is the Real Networks Dynamic Application Launcher.
Search for the file rndal.exe and see which folder its in.
