Right clicking on mouse

Every time I right click on any program (to delete, copy or move a file), the
program stalls. I get the hour-glass icon and I have to “ctl-alt-del†to
exit the program I’m on. I’m using a Toshiba Satellite notebook. Any help
would be great!
