I’m using Photoshop CS2 (9.0) on Windows XP Professional SP2. When making a
selection for the healing brush tool (among other tools) I must use
Alt-click, but nothing happens when I do. I have investigated the problem and
it seems Windows permanently allocates the key combination Alt-click to
particular applications. I must find out what app Windows has allocated it to
and change the key combination being used in order to release the Alt-click
for Photoshop’s use. I have no idea which app is using it. Adobe Support
suggests Atomica (formerly GuruNet), or FlySwat can cause this problem but
I’m not using any of these.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Nena.
