can't move or delete files

Whenever I try to right click on my mouse, to move or to delete a file (in
Control panel or explorer), I get the “hour glass†icon. Nothing happens and
the “hour glass†remains. I then have to “ctl-alt-del†to cancel the
procedure. I have run Ad-Aware ,CCleaner and defraged, nothing seems to fix
this problem. I am running Win XP home with all the updates.
Can anyone help?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
