right clicking does not work in start menu

previously when i right clicked on any start menu item
like"my computer";,etc it used to work .now nothing happens
 
Probably turned it off. Start - Control Panel - Start Menu and Taskbar - Start Menu - Customise - Advanced - Enable Drag n Drop
