Start Menu Programmes > Right click > Run as not working

Hi,

When I right click > run as on certain start menu programmes it fails to
work such as Active Directory Users and Computers. I connect to AD using
domain admin account but when clicking run as, it does nothing. It also does
this on several other programmes but not all.

I've also noticed that if Right Click and try to explore some folders it
also fails.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ensure you have the "secondary logon' service running. To check this, run
services.msc from start>>run. If the service is running and still you have
the issue, check eventvwr to see if any relevent events are being reported.
