Right Click Too Slow

Whenevr I right click, it takes 15 seconds for the menu
to come up. Did ad-aware & spybot & spy sweeper...still
too slow....Any Help??

I have the exact same problem, and it's been going on
forever and driving me nuts. Even the great tech peeps at
MS are stumped. Hope this gets some help.
