return to login page -over and over

My wife and I both use this pc. We have windows xp
home,on a dell pc with compuserve as our internet
provider. When my wife signs on using her id and password
and then proceeds to her online bank account. She enters
her user name and passed word on the login page, it seems
to start to load and then just returs to the login page.
She gets no error messages at all just this constant
return to the login page. If I sign on under my user name
and password and go th the online bank site login page
and then put in her user name and password everything
works fine and she can get to her bank info. We and not
computer literate but my assumption is that something on
the pc under her name (she is the adminastator) is not
checked off or something that should not be is checked
on. She is able to access her account from other
computers. (friends or work) Thanks JACJ

places because I do not have administrative privlages.
