Restart Problem

I have problem when I restart my Laptop it takes too much
time. I already clean my hard drive and also delete the
startup files from registry. I need help to solve this
problem.

This problem may be caused by some backgroud programs and services. Hardware conflict also can cause this problem. You can test this issue in Safe Mode. If the problem occurs in Safe mode, it most likely cause by hardware conflict. If the computer restarts properly in safe mode, please check if some background programs or services are still running on the computer. (You can copy msconfig file from a Windows 98 computer and use this program to check the status.)
