restart in safe mode?

Could someone please tell me if there is a way to restart Windows XP in Safe
mode, like in Windows 95? If so how do I do that? Thank you very much for
any info!

2. In the Search box type in: SAFE MODE , and hit enter.
3. Click on the task titled: "Start Windows in Safe Mode".
