thnx, very useful site, but i'll say what; i'm an admin of a certain network & i need a certain application to control this network & to limit every PCs connection speed for example no one will cross a limited download rate so the others will be able to enjoy the rest of the speed & with the instructions on that site i will have to go to every one use this network & set his downloading & sharing programs settings & other thing that windows default download application has no settings that i can set to limited download rate, that's all & many thnx for help ...
