How do I reply email(sent to me in plaintext) using HTML automatically when I
press the reply button? I find that if the email i'm replying to is
plaintext, then i'll have to reply in plaintext, and my signature won't
appear.

Luckily, you can't do that automatically.

When someone sends you a message in plain text, chances are that they do not
want to receive HTML...that includes your sig.
