open an e-mail in plaintext

Hey, what I would like to do is baisically select any e-mail and open it in
plaintext no matter what formatting it currently is. I don't always want to
do this just occasionally so I don't want to change my settings. I just want
a simple "open as plaintext" or something... this has to exist, please help
me find it! i'm in outlook2007

Tools>Trust Center>E-mail Security>Read all standard mail in plain text
 
I don't mean to be rude but it is slightly annoying when people don't read
the entire original post. So I'll quote myself
"I don't always want to do this just occasionally so I don't want to change
my settings."
So, once again I don't mean to sound rude but the answer was not at all
helpful.
 
It is an all or nothing proposition.
