I'm planning to replace an old hardware Windows2003 DC server with a new
server. Server names play a very important role in my company, so i wonder
how to replace this old server with this new server with the same name and
IPaddress? My company has 60 DC server's so once the DC is into the network
with same name then the directory information wiii get updated by replication
from other servers.

Thanks in advance if someone can help asap.

Here are a few links that should help you. The Swing Kit
is probably your best bet. It is not free but it is an absolutely
safe, tried and proven way to migrate servers to new hardware.
