moving an old W2k DC to a new 2003 server

Hi.

I have an old server with Windows 2000 Server and it is the DC of the
domain.

I have installed a new server with Windows 2003, and by now it is just a
member of the domain.

But I need to remove the old machine and to move the DC to the new server.

How can I do that?

Regards,

Promote the new server to a DC then demote the old server back to a member
server.
