Repeating fatal error

I am having continual problems with my system crashing and re-booting without
warning.

The Stop Error being reported is 0X0000008E. Does this mean anything to
anyone? What can i do to rectify it.

If any technical info is to be given can it be spoon fed (ie click this
click that) because I am computer competant but not technically expert

code and specifying Windows XP (not SP2):
