Repair install issue

I had to do a repair install of XP Pro SP3. Not the console thingie, the other one.

I don't have a password set. When the OS boots, I don't get a prompt to log in. I am
an admin (and only) user on this box.

When I try to open a local website with MS FrontPage(it asks for username and PW) ,
it doesn't recognize me. No error, it just blinks, replaces the user name I typed
with machinename/username and stares at me.

Before the repair, I could put in my user name, click OK, and was off and running.
Now I'm just off......

Any hints appreciated.
Mike

Mike, hopefully you have the CD that has MS Front Page on it. Try
reinstalling it. I think it's part of MS Office.

Hi Rich -
Yeah I have the CD. It came separate from Office.
I did a repair install on FP also, and nothing changed, guess I can try an un-install
and re-install.
