renaming system file

In documents and settings a folder has been named after the old manage
of this shop. How can I change the name to something else? In thi
folder are .java, cookies, and desktop folders

Renaming a userprofile folder is not enough. There is another step that
involves changing the referneces in the registry. But, it's easy to create a
new user account, and copy the data from the old profile. Alternately, to
duplicate the old profile (to a newly created user account of your preferred
