removing programs from startup

i have a spyware (msbb.exe) that i wish to remove from the startup programs.
when i run msconfig and uncheck that programs everytime i do restart i have a
message that my restart is not in normal mode. so what do i do? when i change
the restart to normal mode the msbb.exe re-appears on my startup programs,
how do i get rid of it?

Go to run,type:services.msc In msc,scroll to the program,double click on
it,then in the properties window change from auto to manual,close out.

Run. Type msconfig. Enter. General tab. Check Selective Startup button.
Selective Startup tab. Uncheck the ones you don't want at startup.

Just tick the little box that says something to the effect of "Don't tell me
again"

MSCONFIG is not intended to be used that way for that very reason as
well as others, it is intended as a troubleshooting tool.

The correct thing to do is eliminate the spyware.
