Removing file write restriction

When I click on 2 of my other drives & try to create a new folder I
can't because I get a message that the drive is write protected. I'm
the only person who ever uses this PC. How do I remove this restriction?

You may be the only person who uses the computer, but there are the guest
and administrator accounts which have rights as well.
