removing a form that is in the "mailbox - administrator" directory

hello...
i need to remove an accidently published form from the
root directory of the exchange mailbox
i have exchange 2000 mailbox and three forms published in
the administrator account root folder...
how can i delete them please?
 
From memory... Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Manage Forms |
and then Manage one more time.
