Additional mailbox does not expand

I'm running Exchange 2000 SP3. A user has Outlook 2000. I am trying to add
an additional mailbox to her list of mailboxes. The mailbox displays in the
folder list view of Outlook, but it cannot be opened.

In Outlook I've done this:
Tools - Services
Properties on "Microsoft Exchange Server"
Advanced tab - Add button.
Typed in the mailbox name.

Also in Outlook on my box I have added the user as a "Publishing Editor"
under the mailbox properties' Permissions tab.

What else must I do?

On the mailbox of the other user make sure you've got "Folder Visible"
permissions on the Outlook Today level.
