I recieved a video and was asked to validate wmp9 but instead it installed wmp 11. I hate it; and I didn't ask for it; and now I cannot get rid of it. The so called rolback is a joke; when I use control panel to remove it then try to load wmp9 I am told the the on the on my pc is newer than the one I am trying to install?
Remove wmp 11 and reinstall wmp9
