Remote Users Cannot Print

I know this is a problem with TS.
Is there a way to fix it without having to tell all the remote users
of this company to go fix a cheap laser printer?

CANNOT PRINT TO LOCAL PRINTER
HP7350
HP PhotoSmart 1215

Try editing the ntprint.inf file to force the server to
use different printer drivers for those printers.
