TS help

[TS Wheel]

I recently installed Win2K SP3 on an application server
that's used with TS. When our remote users login to TS,
they then go into a dB app. From there they can print to
two printers but not a third (HP 5si). It doesn't queue.
nothing. They can print to the 5si locally no problem. I
can print to all 3 printers at corporate via TS, but not
from the remote office.

What gives?

Hi,

As per the mail its seems to me that there could be permission issue
Please check whether other users could print to the same printer HP5si
using notepad
Because if you can print through the printer every one should do the same
Please let me know what kind ofp rinter it is Network printer or Local
printer or standard TCP IP printer

actually, here's the issue...

remember, I stated "after applying Win2K SP3"...so it got
me thinking....

I applied the MS hot fix instead of SP4 and everything
works great.
