TS Printing

Have a client that connects to an app on TS Server (W2K, SP2) through VPN
(Sonicwall SOHO3 to SOHO3). About 60% of the time when she connects, her
local printer is mapped to a TS port and she can print without problems. The
other 40% of the time the local printer will not print and we cannot see the
printer created in TS. No Evt logs to indicate a clue, never any problems
making an RDP connection. Her workstation is Win2K Pro, SP3. Any hints?

Have you considered installing the latest servicepack? SP2 is rather
old and a lot of printer problems were solved in SP3 and SP4.
And which client is she running? I would update that as well to the
latest version. Download from
