When staff sends e-mail by selecting the recipient's nickname versus their
full e-mail address, the messages are only received locally. For example, our
manager was traveling and used our ISP's Web Interface to read her mail. She
did not receive any messages from staff who addressed their messages to her
nickname until she returned to the office. It appears these messages did not
make it to our ISP, but remained on the Exchange server here in our office.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how we can prevent it in the
future?
Thank you,
